The Danvers Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Danvers Town Hall, 1 Sylvan St. on Monday, Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. to hear the following applications:

Mathew And Karen McGrail (#12-4409): Requesting a finding from front setbacks to tear down existing garage and construct a new slightly larger garage in accordance with Section 3 of the Danvers Zoning Bylaws at 9 Garden St.

Chrystal Kittredge (#12-4410): Requesting a special permit to remove garage and breezeway and rebuild an Extended Family Living Area (EFLA) in accordance with Section 9.3.3.2 of the Danvers Zoning Bylaws at 29 Roosevelt Ave.

Scott A. Sundquist (#12-4411): Requesting a variance from side setbacks to remove existing shed and build a 24x36 two-car garage with a breezeway in accordance with Table 2 of the Danvers Zoning Bylaws at 126 North St.
