The Danvers Family Festival will be selling tickets for the Baron Mayer Champagne Reception in the lobby of the Peabody Institute Library in the coming weeks. Stop by on either May 23 or June 1 from 5:30-7 p.m. to buy your ticket.

The reception will be held June 24 from 6:30-10 p.m. at Glen Magna Farms. Tickets are $55 per person, which includes champagne, wine, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert and dancing.

The 2011 recipient of the Baron Mayer Award for exemplary volunteer contribution to the community is Tom Leonard.
