In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, the fiscal 2013 assessed values on all properties in Danvers have been adjusted to full and fair market value as of Jan. 1, 2012. These values are pending preliminary certification from the Department of Revenue.

The proposed values are available at the Assessing Department at Town Hall, at the Peabody Institute Library or on the Town’s website at www.danvers.govoffice.com under the “News” tab. These values will become final upon certification from the DOR.

The public disclosure at Town Hall will run from Nov. 7-14 during regular business hours: Monday-Wednesday 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Thursday 8 a.m.-7:30 a.m. and Friday 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. You may also call the Assessors at 978-777-0001 ext. 3055 or 3060.
