i believe the recent poll concerning the congressional race that indicates Mr. Tiesi has a slight lead over Mr. Tierney with about 30% of the voters of the Sixth Congressional dDstrict undecided. The just stated published results of that poll concern me.
I ask the voters of this Congressional District three questions.
First, Is John tierney on the side of most of the voters of the Sixth Congressional District of Massachusetts especially if the question is asked from an economic thrust?
The answer is yes.
Second, has Mr. Tiesi, a long term very conservative Republican State Senator demonstrated any desire to represent anybody or any entity but extremally wealthy people or the interests of big business during his public career?
The answer is no.
Has John Tierney, himself ,and not relatives of his wife, often mistated by adds paid for by out of state interests as Mr. Tierney's relatives done anything illegal?
That answer is no.
In fact, if the present U.S. Attorney in Boston even had a hint of a vague inkling of possible questionable conduct of Mr. Tierney, Mr Tierney would have been prosecuted on as many charges as the United States Attorney's staff could dream up.
Has John Tieney served his constituents, the residents of the Sixth Congressional District of Massachusetts welll?
The answer is yes.
I ask the voters of this district-our district, not the district of out of state and sometimes out of country big business, to pay no attention to untruthful to semi truthful proganda attack adds funded by those just described wealthy "Big Business" interests. Those interests will substantially benefit by having a bought and paid for extremally exceptionally conservative Republican, Mr.Tiesi, elected as Congressman in the Sixth Masachusetts Congressional District. Conversly, the residents of the Sixth Congressional District will feel economic pain.
Therefore, I ask us, indeed implore, the voters of the Sixth Congressional District of Massachusetts to pay attention to the economic issues that concern us, the residents of the Sixth Congressional District, that Mr. Tierney is addressing on our behalf and for our benefit.
My conclusion is that it is in our own interest to reelect Mr. Tierney to congress. Also, it is my conclusion that if Mr. Tiesi is elected to congress, Mr. Tiesi will do a wonderful job representing Big Business. many of teh companies that are so characterized remove our jobs and even knowledge obtained through American taxpayers subsidiesto low wage Muslem countries.
Respectfully,
Attorney George T. O'Brine
