Haunted Corn Field at Connors Farm
- This weekend is the last opportunity to check out the Haunted Corn Field at Connors Farm. It's open from dark until 10 p.m., and all ages are $18, although it is not recommended for small children. Enter if you dare!

Saturday Movie Matinee: Psycho
- Psycho, a flick from 1960, starring Anthony Perkins, Janet Leigh and Vera Miles, will be shown at the Peabody Institute Library. The free showing begins at 2 p.m.
- At 1 p.m. on Sunday, the Community Covenant Church in Peabody is hosting the fourth annual Fair Trade Bazaar, featuring over 20 of North Shore's vendors of local food, arts and crafts, as well as fairly-traded merchandise from around the world.
- On Sunday October 4, the Calvary Episocpal Church is inviting all to hear creative tellings of the spookiest stories from the Bible and listen to the music that celebrates the mysterious side of our life with God. The music will be led by Magnificat Boston, a diocesan-wide choir under the direction of Grace Church’s Mark Engelhardt. All are invited to come in costume, and the service will end with a blessing for trick-or-treaters, wishing them a safe and fun Halloween night.
