Before you start your day, here are 5 things you need to know.

 

Today is Wednesday, Aug. 29 and here are five things you need to know.

1. Weather: Sunny skies will return today with highs in the 80's. 

2. The municipal parking lot behind New Brother's Deli, at 31 Maple Street, will be closed beginning at 5 a.m. Thursday, August 30, for paving. Vehicles in the parking lot after that time will be towed at the owner's expense. The lot is expected to reopen at 5 a.m. Friday, August 31, 2012.

3. The Celebrating 25 Years of the Walk for Hospice will take place at Danversport Yacht Club tonight. Tickets are $40.

4. The final summer concert “Bandit Kings” will perform tonight at 6 p.m. at the library.

5. Cleaning out your closets? Wenham Museum Calls for donations for Attic Treasures rummage sale.
