1. Alan Hartnett and his sampling of political memorabilia from the Lincoln years on will be featured today at Tapley Memorial Hall. Residents are encouraged to bring along memorabilia to share. Learn more about the event.

2. Today's 5 Things Photo: NMTW Community Credit Union employees in (alongside Boston Bruins star Milan Lucic) took part in National Wear Red Day this past Friday, benefitting the American Heart Associations’ Go Red for Women campaign. In 2011 NTMW raised more than $5,000 for charities through their Casual for a Cause program. Awesome job, guys!

3. We heard Cakes for Occasions was selling treats on the HSN earlier this week. Check out the bakery's Youtube videos for a recap on their trip.
