Thomas M. Leonard was honored at the at on Friday June 24, kicking off the Danvers Family Festival. 

"I've had the good fortune to work with Tom in several capacities," said Town Manager Wayne Marquis. "He's an outstanding, terrific individual who gives freely his time to a variety of causes. He's very deserving."
