Why is this necessary to list? I am one of the homeowners and I don't really see the need for pointing this out.

Hey Heather, This list was compiled back in March, when we were trying out some real estate features that were well received in other Patch communities. Since then we've been sticking to real estate articles only featuring homes that are on the market.
