A 38-year-old Danvers woman was involved in a serious motorcycle crash on Route 128 North, north of the Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, on the evening on March 19.

State Police at the Danvers Barracks said the crash involved a 2008 Harley Davidson motorcycle and a 2010 Subaru Forester, which was operated by the Danvers woman.

A 48-year-old man from Woburn was operating the motorcycle and suffered serious injuries, according to police report. His 15-year-old female passenger suffered minor injuries. Both were transported to Lahey Clinic.

Highway lanes were reopened at about 9:30 p.m. The crash remains under investigation.
