As Hurricane Irene approaches Danvers, take a moment to make sure you have our Danvers Patch App downloaded onto your cell-phone in case you lose power. 

The Danvers Patch App is a free download available on Android and I-Phones. We suggest charging your phone to its full capacity on Saturday so you're ready to go on Sunday in case of a power outage. 

From there, we'll be posting announcements, emergency information, and complete coverage of the storm.
