Is Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt Coming to Danvers?
The "America's Yogurt" chain is expanding with several new franchises in Massachusetts...is Danvers one of the new locations coming 'spoon?'
Questions have been popping up on Twitter, each with one question in mind: is Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt coming to Danvers?
Orange Leaf, an Oklahoma-based frozen yogurt chain that recently opened new locations in Salem and Marblehead, has announced on its official website that a new shop in Danvers is 'Coming Spoon.'
The yogurt bar will be located at 2 High Street, the former Anthony's Italian Deli. Danvers is one of 85 new locations Orange Leaf is opening, 11 of which are located in Massachusetts.
Back in March, we asked readers what should go in the former Anthony's Italian Deli. Although Orange Leaf wasn't on the list, readers on Twitter have expressed excitement about the new decision to open in Danvers.
Have you joined in on the frozen yogurt craze sweeping the North Shore? Let us know in the comments.

While orange leaf may be good, I don't think is possible for any retail operation to succeed at that location. They will not be even a little bit successful unless they find someplace else to locate.

I agree 1000%. No food establishment will ever flourish there no matter HOW good they are. There is no parking and it's across a busy intersection from the main downtown stores people would be walking too...and Goodies as well. They have frozen yogurt at Goodies, at Cherry Hill and I'm sure at Tapleyville although I have never been there. Not to mention Harvestberry @ Daily Harvest. All places with plenty of parking. Someone once suggested they make that location a community police location....I think that's a great idea.

Umm... have you guys driven past that place? its a mob scene... and its expensive... so I think they'll do just fine. Everyone parks in the lot across the street, and the Bank Parking lot behind it... so thats not an issue. This is a situation like McDonalds taking over the Cracked Crab location... it will make it DESPITE its bad location.
