Will company provide funding for increasing number of danvers policeofficers? If so and it is a huge increase in their presence then okay with it.

Every season the town has water restrictions. This would add to the problem as would increase in electricity, road use, DPW, Police and fire budget cost. This is a hands down NO!!!! Not in my neighborhood.

Just say "NO!" Absolutely not. The Selectmen better act fast to squash this. Ban it from the town. Gambling is a sickness that is about to spread all over the Commonwealth and we will all pay the price as people lose everything -- jobs, families..., end up on welfare, food stamps, etc. You want to add on to Liberty Tree Mall? How about building some affordable housing? Apartments? Condos? Maybe some green space? Parks? Indoor water park? Something positive to bring people together.

Too close to residential zoning in an already overrun part of town as it is. Placing it here would be open season for theft at the mall and neighboring areas. Not against gambling but this is not even close to suitable

Horrible, horrible horrible idea! This is the wrong direction this town needs to go in. If this is allowed I will quickly sell and move as far away from this town as I can get!

I think it would be nice to have some stuff open 24 hours in Mass, for people who like to go out after 10pm. They probably think Danvers is just a good location for businesses. But yeah maybe its not the best town for this idk.

Not a good location. Too congested already in that area. Slots only parlor attracts hard core gamblers only since there is no entertainment. If they really want something like this look to areas on 95.

Most of you need to get a "little" more educated. Have any of you thought about the MILLIONS this would bring into YOUR town?? And, whens the last time you heard of someone stealing at a casino and getting away with it? The security in "any" gaming facility is top notch.
To all that think people who gamble have a "plague", who the heck are you to tell ANYONE what they can or can not do with their OWN money. So, I guess we better not see a drink in "your" hand EVER! And if your more then 10lbs overweight, then NO fries for you either, or your kids. (get the point)
Keep in mind folks, about 49% of revenue goes to Danvers & the state. HUGE increases for the town of danvers never mind all the businesses that would benifit. Of course, you can always vote for a huge tax increase for yourselves, then the town can give back to you what you need & want...in time. Get all the facts first as I am and will continue to. Isn't that why we had to go to school?? TO LEARN.

I for one would go spend a couple of quarters in a slot parlor, however not one located at the liberty tree mall. There are plenty of other places to build one of those and if you really want to bring money into Danvers, then build it up by The Comfort in or someplace on Route 1. Not in a quiet residential neighborhood. That's only going to wreck havoc. I hear the phrase, there goes the neighborhood happening more often if this does come to be.
