Man Found Passed Out in Supermarket Lot Charged With OUI Drugs
A Danvers man faces charges after an incident in the parking lot of a supermarket in Peabody on Tuesday.
A 20-year-old Danvers male was taken to the hospital and charged with driving under the influence of drugs after he was found passed out in his car in the parking lot.

A 20-year-old Danvers man was issued a court summons for driving under the influence of drugs, following a report of suspicious activity at Stop & Shop in Peabody on Tuesday.
A caller at 2:53 p.m. reported a male was passed out behind the wheel of his car, which was parked out in the store lot. The man, who was not named by police, was taken by ambulance to Salem Hospital and his car was towed.
