The Liberty Tree Mall hosted the third annual Holten-Richmond Middle School Spelling Bee on the frist of March, presenting first place prizes to a winner in each grade.

A school-wide spelling bee was conducted earlier in the school year at the Holten Richmond Middle School to identify the top ten spellers at each grade level.

On March 1, the three winners were:

  • Sixth Grade: Jason David
  • Seventh Grade: Jessica Boutchie
  • Eighth Grade: Jason Thompson

All 30 contestants received “goody bags, and the Bee featured a Silent Auction of artwork created by Holten Richmond students. Items for the auction were donated from Cranney Home Services and Regina Pizzeria with proceeds benefitting Danvers Educational Enrichment Partnership (DEEP).
