Remembering Steve This Friday
Family and friends of the late Stephen Conway are holding a special night for the community to share its memories of the man.
Friends of the late Stephen Conway are remembering him with a special event at the Danversport Yacht Club this Friday.
Conway, 57, who died Aug. 27, 2010, lived in town for 30 years and was fondly remembered by residents for the many years he coached Danvers Youth Hockey. He was raised in Danvers and attended the former St. Peter’s High School in Gloucester before graduating from Bishop Fenwick High School in 1971. He graduated from St. Anselm’s College with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1975.

On Jan. 21 from 7 p.m. – midnight, there will be music, food, a cash bar, raffles and a silent auction for the community to come and share memories of Conway with family and friends.
