Rhode Island Man Nabbed on Drug Charge

The following information was provided by the Danvers Police Department. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following are excerpts from reports in the Danvers Police Department press log from April 22-24.

Monday, April 22

  • 5:24 p.m. Police responded to a report of a fight between a male and a female at Chuck's Restaurant.
  • 6:37 p.m. Joseph Cobb, 30, of 26 Cabot Rd., Danvers, was arrested, following a report of a fight between a male and a female at the Liberty Tree Mall. He was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic assault and battery.
  • 10:59 p.m. Christopher Young, 18, of 5 Dyer Ct., Danvers, was arrested, following a traffic stop on Route 114. He was charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Tuesday, April 23

  • 6:39 a.m. Kerianne Anderson, 24, of 17 Fuller St., Lynn, was arrested at Motel 6 on a Mass. Trial Court warrant.
  • 2:11 p.m. Report of a larceny at a Prince Street residence. No further information was available.
  • 2:25 p.m. A caller reported larceny from a motor vehicle on Elm Street.
  • 6:24 p.m. Report of larceny at Michaud Mitsubishi on Route 114.
  • 10:03 p.m. Damian Tripodi, 27, of Harrisville, R.I., was arrested, following a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Riverside and Water streets. He was charged with possession of a Class B drug and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Wednesday, April 24

  • 8:40 a.m. An officer reported recovering a bicycle at a Princeton Street address.
  • 11:02 a.m. Report of malicious damage to a motor vehicle at the Extended Stay Hotel.
  • 11:16 a.m. A caller reported a larceny from a motor vehicle on Northshore Avenue.
