Students Get Two Days in the Snow: No School Thursday Either
Superintendent of Schools Lisa Dana announced Wednesday night that public schools in Danvers would be closed Thursday as well.
Students get a full day in the snow tomorrow. Superintendent of Schools Lisa Dana announced at 8 p.m. on Wednesday that Danvers public schools will be closed Thursday as well, due to the ongoing cleanup from the blizzard that blanketed the region.
The weather forecast for Thursday shows a high near 30 degrees, mostly sunny and a northwest wind between 11 and 16 mph, gusting as high as 26 mph – perfect for sledding or other fun activities in the freshly fallen snow. If you are going sledding, try to make an adventure out of it.
St. John’s Prep has also canceled classes for tomorrow as well.
