This Week in Social Media
Recap the conversations, poll results, and more from social media this week.
Here at Danvers Patch we love social media because it helps us to figure out what you're most interested in, and it's one of the main ways we hear your feedback on what's going on. Social Media Saturday is a weekly feature that recaps some of the top stories that had you talking on Facebook.
Overheard
- The Danversbank merger was a hot topic this week on Facebook. Delia Santapaula Stanley commented, "boo hiss. I hope they keep the clock. I will probably change banks." David Salucco also commented stating, "The merger is bogus. The CEO...(uh-hum) promised no layoffs. But when push came to shove, he walked away with his 17 Million and not a worry in the world, and layoffs were then announced. He pretended to care about his employees, key word, pretended."
- George Scione guessed correctly when we asked who would win the Honorary Mayor of Danvers, with the answer of "That guy who owns Brothers." That guy, of course, is Kary Andrinopolous.
