We moved to danvers from revere about 13 years ago, the cities are so close but its a huge difference. Everyone had such small backyards in revere, we moved here and didn't know what to do with our huge yard lol. Just everything together makes it a good town. Not in school anymore, but on my first day all the students and teachers were really nice and friendly. The schools were a lot different than my other city.

And yes when it snows its a lot of fun, especially during those snow days!

The town has done a great job of keeping people from building stupid stuff. Business and residential districts are nicely separated. Stuff is nicely spaced out which keeps it from becoming a slum. While some other nearby towns are seeing how many people they can stuff in every square foot and letting people build second houses in their own back yards or turning former single family dwellings into 4+ apartment buildings (Beverly), Danvers is working hard to preserve a sustainable population density. As a result the residents care about and take care of their property and respect other peoples property.
