What Should Go in the Former 'Each Peach' Space?

Let us know what you think would best go in empty retail space on Route 1 south.

There is empty retail space in the shopping plaza at 110 Newbury St. (Route 1 South). The plaza is called Centre Street Village.

It has been home to Each Peach Cafe, which closed in May, and Wild Birds Unlimited, which moved to a new home in Danvers Plaza Shopping Center, next to Stop and Shop.

Also in the plaza is Centre Street Pizza, NMTW Credit Union and White Hen. In addition to be accessible from Route 1, it has a rear driveway leading to Armory Road.

According to an online real estate listing, and fact sheet from the property owner, Linear Retail, says that the Each Peach space is 1,171 square feet and the Wild Birds Unlimited space is 1,636. The sheet, which is attached to this story as a PDF, also shows some available space that appears to now be leased.

If you had a say, what do you think should go in the empty space?
