In the 29 Andover Street plaza located on Route 114 in Danvers, there is a vacant spot next to Grassfields and Eastern Boarder, waiting for a new establishment to move in.

Over the summer, Oye's, a high-end Japenese restaurant, was interested in opening in the vacant spot. When the three liquor licenses available were granted to downtown establishments, Oye's, which also has a restaurant in Reading, decided to seek out other locations.
