No snow up here yet, Carla! LOL China Villa was the most convenient place for us to go from where we lived in Danvers and we always liked the food. We have to find a good local Chinese restaurant up here in North Hampton area now.

Note: There are currently 4 couples from Danvers in our newly built part of Greystone Village, so I'm thinking of renaming it "Danvers Village". Carla, I'll always be a Danversite, but sometimes circumstances are such that you can't stay in your hometown anymore.

Royal Garden, just over the line in Peabody on Rt. 1 south.
Everything is cooked to order, fresh - they'll even take special orders to eliminate corn starch, oil - whatever you like. Not on New Year's Eve, however, when the place is packed and take-out business is over the top!

We've only tried Japanese food from Iron Chef & it's really good.I can add that we get Thai from Sawasadee . Last year we ate at the restaurant, it was mobbed but so fun...and had leftovers for New Years Day. Now that we love Thai food we may never get Chinese again.

We have gotten our at The Iron Chef for the past few years, call early-like a day of two, to get your order in! We also love That Chinese Place, which is located behind Danvers House Of Pizza, next to Family PC-it's very fresh and the service is great.
