This is an excerpt from reports in the Danvers police log from Sunday through Tuesday.

January 23

• A caller reported a car break-in at 5:50 p.m. outside Planet Fitness off Route 1. The driver’s side window was smashed and a Coach bag was stolen.
• Another caller reported a car break-in at 6:12 p.m. outside Planet Fitness. A window was smashed and a wallet was taken.

January 24

• Police responded to a report of a larceny at 10:45 a.m. at Moore GMC Truck on High Street. The lights and pump from a Fisher plow were stolen off a new truck on the lot.
• The owner of Wild Birds Unlimited on Route 1 reported at 2:57 p.m. that someone apparently tried to break into the store. The rear door was open – the owner said she had locked it – but police found no signs of forced entry and nothing suspicious.
• Stacey Anastosopoulos, 35, of 11 Elsie Rd., Lynn, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. at Walmart for shoplifting. Police said she stole an electric toothbrush worth $130. She was also charged on a warrant from Chelsea, which was for leaving the scene of an accident.
• Police responded to two reports of car break-ins at Boston North Fitness Centers off Prince Street at 9:18 p.m. and 9:48 p.m. 

January 25

• A resident on Burley Street reported at 8:17 a.m. that someone smashed eggs on the side of her house and covered her car in silly string. She said she saw a group of high school-aged youth walking in the area earlier.
• Two juvenile shoplifters were detained at Walmart at 3:50 p.m. for trying to steal DVDs and candy. Police said the youngsters were 13 and 12. No further details were yet available.
