Police arrested a Danvers man shortly after midnight on Thursday after he turned up at a woman's mobile home, which was in violation of a restraining order the woman had against him. Scott Bump, 56, was arrested and arraigned later that day on charges of breaking and entering for a felony, larceny over $250, three counts of malicious destruction of property and violation of a restraining order. Bump had, in fact, just completed his probation for a previous incident of breaking into her Route 1 trailer home.
