DESCRIPTION:Free and open to all faiths!All married couples on the north 
 shore -- those married in a religious ceremony and those married civilly
  -- are invited to gather together Saturday\, June 16 at 2 p.m. (rain da
 te June 17)\, at the Rotary Pavilion\, Peabody Institute Library\, at 15
  Sylvan Street\, for a glorious celebration of marriage and vow renewal 
 ceremony\, hosted by Calvary Episcopal Church. The ceremony is part of t
 his year's Danvers Family Festival.\nFree and open to the public (all fa
 iths welcome!)\, the event will feature a festively decorated Pavilion\,
  an elegant string quartet that includes Roland Vasquez on violin\, Eve 
 Boltax on viola\,  Junko Simons on cello\, and Janet Glasser\, Calvary'
 s music director\, and the Rev. Thea Keith-Lucas -- rector of Calvary --
  who will preside over the marriage vow renewal ceremony and present eac
 h couple with a marriage blessing and a signed Vow Renewal certificate.\
 nImmediately following the outdoor ceremony\, couples\, their families\,
  and friends\, are invited to attend a free reception\, across the stree
 t\, on Holten Street\, at Calvary Episcopal Church\, in Parish Hall.  C
 akes for Occasions -- Danvers' own\, nationally recognized boutique-styl
 e gourmet cake and pastry shop -- will have a resplendent four-tiered we
 dding cake on display and is donating  delicious chocolate and vanilla 
 wedding cupcakes for the celebration. Calvary parishioners will have an 
 array of tasty edibles available to fill out the menu of light refreshme
 nts.\nOn display at the Calvary reception will be one of the original Ch
 urch marriage registries\, harking back to 1915\, which contains the str
 ikingly beautiful copper-plate signatures of those marking their early m
 arriage dates. Included in the registry is the May 1942 record for Thayn
 e and Karin Symmes\, a couple who recently celebrated their 70th wedding
  anniversary and who are still\, to this day\, vibrant and active member
 s of the church.\nCalvary Episcopal Church was established in 1858.
