More About Tapley Memorial Hall
The hall was built in 1930 next to the historical society's headquarters at the Page House to use for special programs and store an extensive collection of local history. Much of the research library collection is now stored at the Peabody Institute Library on Sylvan Street, but the Historical Society holds its regular meetings in the hall and uses it to display special exhibits. Plans for the hall include installing a ramp and restrooms.
