 raining for businesses selling and/or serving alcohol.&nbsp\; TIPS (Trai
 ning for Intervention ProcedureS) is a skills-based training program des
 igned to prevent intoxication\, drunk driving\, and underage drinking by
  enhancing the fundamental "people skills" of servers\, sellers and cons
 umers of alcohol. TIPS gives individuals the knowledge and confidence th
 ey need to recognize potential alcohol-related problems and intervene to
  prevent alcohol-related tragedies.&nbsp\; This training is taking place
  on Tuesday\, December 4\, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. &ndash\; 3:00 p.m. at the
  Danvers Police Department.&nbsp\; Training is free for Danvers business
 es.&nbsp\; If space is available the training will be opened to others f
