FitHouse is one of the local sponsors of this year’s 5K Run/Walk in honor of North Shore resident Rich Angelo who passed away while competing at the USA Triathlon Nationals in Burlington, Vermont on August 18, 2012. This “All In” 5K will honor and celebrate his life and everything he stood for.
FREE Kids Race
Kids between the ages of 3 and 10 are invited to participate in a fun run around the track at 8:45 a.m. Participating kids will be given a number “11” bib number and will cross the Finish Line to receive prizes!

Proceeds from this year’s 5K will be allocated to the “Rich Angelo Athletic Scholarship Fund” at Malden High School where Rich grew up and was well known in the community.
