Massachusetts Youth Leader Visits Local Girls

A reception in honor of local members of the International Order of Rainbow for Girls was held in Georgetown and was attended by the state youth leader, Amy R.  Amy shared her term theme, Weaving the Web of Friendship, based on Charlotte’s Web, as well as hearing from the other state representatives and officers. They shared an afternoon of cupcake decorating, presentations, and sisterhood.

Rainbow promotes leadership, self-esteem, and community service. It is open for any girl between the ages of 11 and 20 to join. Massachusetts Rainbow is in 26 communities throughout the bay state with over 400 active members and 90 years of alumni members. For more information regarding membership visit: http://massiorg.net/
