Perfect Paws is delighted to host the Dog B.O.N.E.S. Therapy Dog Workshop at All Saints Episcopal Church, on Saturday March 15, from 9:00-3:00 pm. This Workshop, which is full, is designed to help humans and their dogs to work as certified therapy dog teams, preparing for therapy dog visits, and what to expect on visits to various kinds of facilities.
The workshop simulates nursing home and hospital visits by using a wheel chair and walker, and will cover how Dog B.O.N.E.S. works and what the expectations are for humans and their dogs.
Ellen Duranceau, Dog B.O.N.E.S. instruction coordinator, Dog B.O.N.E.S. volunteer, 11 years, and Certified dog trainer will be the instructor for the day and Jeanne Brouillette, President and Founder, is expected to join the group at end of the day.
