The Clara & Harvey Pillsbury Foundation, Inc. Seeking Applicants

If you are a member of a non-profit organization that serves Senior Citizens of Danvers, please keep reading!  The Clara & Harvey Pillsbury Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit agency formed in October, 2008 after the sale of the Pillsbury House located at 18 Park Street in Danvers.  Mr. Pillsbury had set up this home as a legacy to his wife.  It was a boarding house for many decades, catering to elderly persons in Danvers.  Times changed, and there were few people looking for the type of residence that was Pillsbury House.  With the money from the sale of the house, as well as endowments given over the years, The Clara & Harvey Pillsbury Foundation, Inc. was formed.

 

For the past five years we have carried out the mission of Clara and Harvey Pillsbury by awarding checks to community non-profit organizations that serve Senior Citizens of Danvers.  We are in the process of receiving applications for this year’s grants.  If you are a member of a nonprofit organization that qualifies, you may request an application by emailing thechpillsburyfoundationinc@gmail.com.  If you have any questions, please send them to this same email address.  An application will be emailed to you, and can be filled in online and emailed back or printed out and sent by mail to P.O. Box 2154.  Applications must be emailed or postmarked on or before August 31, 2013.  No late applications can be accepted.
