Windover Construction Tops Fundraising Effort For Danver’s Relay for Life, Benefitting American Cancer Society

Windover Construction is pleased to announce their Windover Warriors team raised over $11,000 for the annual Relay for Life of Danvers event, benefitting the American Cancer Society. Held May 9th at Danvers High School, the event registered 31 teams and 374 participants to honor cancer survivors, remember those lost, and raise funds and awareness. The Windover team’s effort surpassed their goal of $7,600, helping to make this year’s event a record breaking one, raising over $56,000.

Windover is committed to giving back to the communities where they work and live and support a number of worthwhile causes on a regular basis. Creating a Windover Relay for Life team was a natural choice. The Windover Warriors embarked on an eight-week campaign which included a raffle, monetary donations, construction of mother’s day planters and team t-shirts. Their fundraising campaign culminated with the 12-hour overnight event in Danvers.
