How Much Snow Fell in Danvers?

According to weather spotters, total snowfall accumulation from the first storm of the winter was 7.5 inches.

Spotters say Peabody saw 8 inches, while Topsfield got 9 inches plus an inch of sleet. Last report from Beverly at 7:15 a.m. on Sunday was 5.4 inches.

If you're out shoveling today, be mindful the temperature did drop sharply this morning, well below freezing.

The temperature is expected to rise again to about 35 degrees before dipping to a chilly 16 degrees tonight.
