Take a Look Around the New Condos Built By Habitat for Humanity

Two affordable housing (40B) condominiums were built within a new duplex home at 26 Mill St. The new residents are two local low-income families.

The affordable housing project over at 26 Mill St. has wrapped up and the families are all moved in. Construction began back in November.

A dedication and open house was held on Sunday to give the public an opportunity to celebrate with the new owners and check out the new homes.

The project was the work of Habitat for Humanity-North Shore and built a new duplex home separated into two 40B condo units. The new homes went to two low-income families selected through an application process with Habitat.
