Newly Released 'Battleship" is No. 1 Local Rental

What movies has Danvers been renting? In the past week, the most rented movie at Redbox locations in Danvers was “Battleship,” which burst onto the top of the list of most rented movies in its first week of release. Other movies such as “The Cabin in the Woods,” “What To Expect When You’re Expecting,” “Safe,” Dr. Seuss’ “The Lorax,” and “The Hunger Games” all remained in just about the same spots at the top.

Other new releases, “The Tall Man” and “Life Happens” also were in the top 20.

Six movies – “Silent House,” “American Reunion,” “6 Bullets,” “21 Jump Street,” “Mirror, Mirror,” and “Safe House” all fell from the top 20.

There are three Redboxes in Danvers – at Market Basket, Stop and Shop and Walmart.
