Special Concert to Benefit Danvers Man's Fight Against Cancer

The Brad Purcell Aid Fund Benefit is Saturday night at 7 p.m. at Timothy's.

Brad Purcell, a 1981 Danvers High grad, is fighting esophageal cancer and his friends have been raising money to help him pay mounting medical bills for ongoing treatment.

A special benefit concert is being held Saturday night (7 p.m.) at Timothy's at the Village Green -- the Brad Purcell Aid Fund Benefit. Three bands will perform for the night -- Aerochix, Six Strings Down and Spock Lobster.
