DANVERS, Mass (December 11, 2013) – Lisa Almeida and Heidi Nicholson, co-owners of Bella Sera Bridal, were honored with the Lydia E. Pinkham Award for North of Boston Business Women of the Year at a luncheon sponsored by the Lynn Item on October 23rd. The successful entrepreneurs, who acquired Lorraine Roy Designer Collections in January and have grown their boutique to include special occasion and mother-of-the-bride gowns, were thrilled to take the top spot in the intermediate business category.

Thirty-seven women were recognized and awards were given out to women in five categories for their business acumen, savvy and success during the 13th annual event held at the Holiday Inn in Peabody.
