What Is It: Free-range duck in an orange mustard glaze, pan roasted,  accompanied by butternut squash and bacon risotto.

Chef and owner Matt Sanidas said this dish has been on the menu since the bistro's opening 3 years ago, and is "definitely one of the most popular items on the menu." Sanidas said it's unique because not every restaurant sells duck, and it isn't something that's commonly prepared at home.
