Santa to Stroll Rail Trail, Give Free Wagon Rides This Weekend

1. FOURTH ANNUAL SANTA STROLL

Where/When: Tapleyville Crossing, Danvers Rail Trail; Saturday, 9:30 a.m.

Why Go: Santa will meet kids of all ages at the Tapleyville rail trail crossing on Pine Street and take short walks south on the trail. Afterward, there will be some light refreshments.

2. HOLIDAY BAZAAR

Where/When: Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.;

Why Go: Over 30 tables offer all sorts of items from brands such as Mary Kay and Tupperware. There will also be a white elephant table and a raffle plus a cash bar.

3. WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA

Where/When: Saturday; St. Mary of the Annunciation Cemetery, 155 Hobart St.

Why Go: Volunteers adorn veteran graves with wreaths as part of the Wreaths Across America program, which took thousands of wreaths from Maine to Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. this week. 4. HAYRIDES WITH SANTA

Where/When: Green Meadows Farm, Hamilton; Saturday, noon-3 p.m.

Why Go: Take a free wagon ride with Santa, create an ornament and enter a raffle for a dollhouse to benefit Danvers-based Operation Troop Support. You can also tour the farm. The drawing for the dollhouse will happen at 3 p.m.

5. CHRISTMAS TREE COOKIE DECORATING FOR KIDS

Where/When: Panera Bread, Liberty Tree Mall; Saturday, 3-6 p.m.

Why Go: A family-friendly event where kids can decorate cookies. Boston Children's Hospital will get 10 cents from each Christmas Tree Cookie that is decorated.
