Peabody's newest frozen yogurt shop is now open -- this is the third shop to open this year.
Frotopia, over on Route 114 in the same plaza with Walgreens and Qdoba, officially opened its doors to the public on Saturday.The shop is operated by local optometrist Paul Hamel.
In addition to the self-serve frozen yogurt and lots of toppings, Frotopia has fruit smoothies, coffee, desserts and a "Frotopia Swirl," which is a blend of your favorite toppings into your chosen yogurt flavor. There's also Wi-Fi for customers and two function rooms.
You can find the shop online at www.frotopia.com, and on Facebook and Twitter. Store hours will be Monday to Sunday, 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.
