PHOTOS: A Frozen Porter River
The Porter River has almost completely frozen over after nearly a week of below freezing temperatures.
After six straight days with temperatures below freezing, the Porter River has frozen over.
Here are some photo sent in by a user showing the ice that has developed over the past week. In one of the photos, a mooring barge can been seen, going back and forth clearing out ice.
