Free Nutrition Seminar Hosted by Get In Shape For Women

With 65 percent of adults in the U.S. either

overweight or obese, identifying an effective fitness and nutrition solution

has become imperative. Looking to offer their expertise on the subject and

provide an educational presentation to the community, Get In Shape For Women

will host a free nutrition seminar at 110 Newbury Street in Danvers. The

seminar will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 12:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 10 at

12 p.m.

The seminar will discuss different foods that are known to promote

energy and good health. Guests will also learn about a variety of family-friendly

meal options that are both nutritious and delicious. Guests are asked to call studio manager Linda Ford at 978-750-0002 to reserve their seat.

Get In Shape For Women is an upscale, private fitness studio that offers

small group personal training for women. The premise is simple: One personal trainer works with up to four women at a time during each one-hour session consisting of 30 minutes of weight training, 25

minutes of cardio, plus nutrition coaching for a complete training program. The comprehensive branded four-part transformation model, encompassing weight

training, cardio, nutrition support and accountability, is focused entirely on

results. Holding clients – the target demographic is

women 35 and older – accountable to someone other than themselves is what sets

Get In Shape For Women apart from other personal training and fitness programs

often costing two or three times as much. Personal trainers help clients set an

achievable goal and then hold them responsible for reaching it, with weight and

body-fat percentage checked every week.
