– Carrie Stack, founder of Salem’s Say Yes Institute, will speak at the North
Shore Business Forum on January 24 on improving people skills.  All businesses are
based on relationships in one way or another, whether interacting with
customers, employees, suppliers or lenders. Because everyone prefers to deal
with people they like, good people skills can make a difference, whether you’re
the boss, you work alone or you’re part of a team. This interactive workshop,
taught by an expert who has trained thousands on how to build key emotional
intelligence skills, will give you tools and strategies to improve your own
people skills and be a more effective communicator and leader.  The North Shore Business Forum
