In Their Own Words: Language-Based Learning Disabilities from a Student's Perspective

The Landmark Parents Association invites you to join us for a special presentation, In Their Own Words: Language-Based Learning Disabilities From a Student's Perspective.
The Landmark Student Advocates, an extraordinary group of high school
seniors, will share their first-hand experiences of navigating the
educational system with a language-based learning disability, such as
dyslexia. This one-of-a-kind presentation is designed for parents and
guardians of children with learning disabilities, students who are
struggling in school, educational advocates and consultants, educators,
and those curious to know more.

Throughout the school year,
Landmark Student Advocates present in a variety of locations in
Massachusetts including the Harvard Graduate School of Education and
Lesley College, among other colleges, as well as elementary and middle
schools sharing their message of perseverance, grit, and hope.

The public is welcome. Light refreshments will be served. This event is free of charge and registration is required.
