Salute to the Services All Saints of the North Shore offers Tribute Service for Armed Forces on Sunday, May 25, at 10 a.m

The Rev. Marya DeCarlen, priest at All Saints Episcopal Church of the North Shore, will offer a special service to honor and commemorate the men and women who gave their lives for freedom, and to pay tribute to those veterans who sacrifice so much in the service of their county.

The special service takes place on Sunday, May 25, at 10 a.m. at All Saints, located at 46 Cherry Street, directly across from Danvers Town Hall.  All active duty, retired, and reserve military personnel are welcome to join the parish of All Saints in worship, a musical salute to the services, and prayer. Members of the Danvers Veteran's Council will be in attendance. All faiths are welcome.

On Monday, May 26 -- at the annual Memorial Day Parade -- the Rev. DeCarlen will offer the invocation and benediction on the front steps of the Danvers Town Hall. The parade, which welcomes the participation of all members of the armed services begins at 9 a.m.
