BAD customer service! We've been customers of Kanes for 20+ years. Our 8 hanging impatiens we bought this year died within 2-3 weeks after purchase. The woman at the front counter did nothing to help us---- no exchange or refund. They do NOT take care of their faithful customers. We won't be returning
