Obituary: Jacqueline (Fillmore) Davis, 71

Jacqueline (Fillmore) Davis, 71, of Danvers, passed away peacefully Friday, June 6, 2014, in the Sawtelle Family Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Basil and Ruth (Hamilton) Fillmore. She was raised and educated in Beverly and was a graduate of Beverly High School.

A beautiful young woman, in her earlier years, Jacqueline was a model in many fashion shows at the Colonial Hilton and was employed at the former Commodore Restaurant in Beverly. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a Credit Manager at Morton Thiokol.

A devoted and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, she loved spending time and traveling with her family and friends. She also enjoyed shopping, bowling, and bingo. She was well known for her great sense of humor and enjoyed making those around her laugh and smile. She will be deeply missed by many.

She is survived by her children Cheryl Lee Gilbert and her husband John, Paul E. Dube and his life partner Terri Harrington, and Mark A. Dube; her seven grandchildren, Deren and Dustin Dube, Tyler and Alexa Dube, Matthew Bozek, Jennifer Godiyal, and Jeff Bozek; and three great-grandchildren, Cole Brophy Golding, Isabella Bozek and Mason Godiyal; and her two sisters, Maralyn Klibansky and her husband Walter and Polly Fumarola and her husband William and several nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral Service will be held in St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 4 Ocean St., Beverly Wednesday at noon. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours will be in the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home, 167 Maple St., (Rt. 62) Danvers Tuesday 4-7 p.m.
