OBITUARY: James A. 'Red' Cameron, 77

Cameron worked at Essex Aggie for 37 years and served in the U.S. Army in both World War II and Vietnam.

James A. "Red" Cameron, of Danvers, a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II and Vietnam, died Monday at Beverly Hospital. He was 77.

He worked at Essex Agricultural and Technical High School in Danvers for 37 years and spent 13 years at Endicott College in Beverly as well. He was a member of the Elm Club and the Polish Club in Danvers.

Visiting hours will be held Sunday, Jan. 12 at C.R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., from noon to 3 p.m. A funeral service will then be held at the funeral home on Monday, Jan. 13 at 11 a.m. at  Burial will follow in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
