I was rammed from behind at the Market Basket by an employee who charged through the door with a bunch of carriages on Endicott St in Danvers in early July this year and not trying to sue but do the right thing because I had a huge bruise on my back and was out of work for three days tried to recover the three days pay and they refused to pay it after running me around for three months telling me the are reviewing it. Well there really wasn't much to review because the manager sent the employee home after looking at the tape himself of the situation. He had told me he would review the tape that day and if he saw there was wrong doing he would talk to the employee. He must have seen that there was wrongdoing to send him home. The employee just laughed rather than ask if I was ok. I think it is a discrace that they would not expect to at least recover the three days I lost at work. I guess this is one good reason there are so many people out there who will just run to a lawyer and file a claim instead of doing things the fair way.  Betty Glazebrook
